Egro MoDe with MK4 Fridge

MoDe features a 7 inch colour touchscreen with intuitive navigation. Configure Pure Coffee, Quick Milk, Pro Milk, or X2 Pro Milk to suit your menu, from espresso and black coffee to hot chocolate, cappuccino, and cold milk drinks. Dual boiler technology keeps temperatures stable for brewing and steaming at the same time. The stainless steel brewing group is available in 18 g or optional 22 g.

Bean and powder hoppers are integrated to save space, with up to two 0.75 kg bean hoppers and up to two 2 L powder hoppers for soluble products such as chocolate or milk powder.

The Pro Milk system uses a gear pump inside the MK4 or MK6 fridge for precise milk temperature and foam control, including cold milk and custom foam density. Quick Milk uses a Venturi design for traditional hot milk beverages. Choose MK4 (4.5 L), MK6 (6 L), or the under counter FUM fridge (4 L) for tidy installations.

Automatic seven minute cleaning cycles, scheduled rinses, and guided on screen steps simplify daily care. The modular layout gives fast access to the brew unit, grinders, valves, and boards to reduce downtime. USB backup supports easy configuration and servicing.

Connect telemetry enables remote monitoring of usage, beverage statistics, maintenance cycles, and status in real time. For self service sites, MDB payment options, Option Self locking, and cup position indicators add reliability and security.
