You won't receive a call when your machine arrives; it will go into the queuing system. Our engineers will give you a call when they are working on your machine and go over any additional costs if there are any.
Instructions
Package your machine up securely and put a note in the box to inform the engineer of any problems you have been having or if you just require a service. Include your contact details, and one of our friendly engineers will give you a call to let you know if any additional work is required.

We recommend a company called Interparcel for easy collection and good prices.
There is no need to worry about return delivery as it is included in your machine service bill.
