Graded products, often called refurbished or renewed items, are brand new products that have been returned to the retailer or manufacturer for various reasons, such as cosmetic defects or minor imperfections. These products are then inspected, repaired if needed, and re-sold at a discounted price compared to brand new items. 

This machine was a customer return to La Pavoni, the reason for this return was it had some wiring issues when it left the factory. It didn't work when the customer received the machine, and was returned to La Pavoni. We have since sorted this issue out and tested the machine, and it's all working perfectly.
