Would love to review this item and explain that i bought a cheap 4 hole nozzle of eBay first and regretted it.
Yes it did work but since it was rounded i could only tighten it up with "mole grips"
this left marks on the steam tip even with a cloth over the grips.
I then asked other places if other manufactures tips would work since my machine is an ECM.
My fren told me about this nozzle having the same inside diameter for screw threads, + (massive + point) was yours has the ability to use a spanner to tighten it.
So yes i really do want to leave a review.

Steaming is 50% quicker and the froth is silky smooth.
Mentioned it above about the squared edges for easy use with a spanner to tighten.
TBH the eBay item did work but was very difficult to tighten and
i ended up leaving grip marks on the nozzle.
This one is sooooooooo much better and i can confirm
it fits my ECM Mechanica Max PERFECTLY.
Fantastic steam wand nozzle, it also fits on a ECM Mechanika Max.
Beautiful silky milk in a third of the time.
