Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the last item in your order.
To exercise this right, you may use the self-serve withdrawal functions provided via our store, or contact us unequivocally via our store contact options.
Effects of Withdrawal & Refunds
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
- 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
- (If earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Returns & Shipping Costs
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at the address below without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Separately from your 14-day right of withdrawal, if any goods you receive are faulty, damaged, or suffer from manufacturing defects, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. Upon examination of the returned item, if a defect is confirmed, we will provide a full replacement or a full refund, including covering your return carriage costs. Your statutory rights remain completely unaffected.
