### General Shipping Information
All orders within the UK will be delivered using Royal Mail or Parcelforce. We aim to dispatch orders the same day whenever possible; otherwise, orders will be dispatched the next working day. As soon as your order is processed, a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you so you can track your shipment once it has been collected for delivery.

In order for us to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, please ensure that you enter your correct delivery address including the postcode and a contact telephone number. Please note that we cannot accept PO Box addresses as a valid delivery address.

### Damaged Goods & Transit Breakages
We ensure sufficient and secure packing of all orders, including delicate items like glassware and liquids. 

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or broken, please notify our customer service team at info@theespressoshop.com as soon as possible—ideally within 3 working days of delivery. Providing photographs of the packaging and damage helps us rapidly process your replacement or refund and allows us to pursue a claim with our courier partners. Rest assured, your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act are not affected.

### General Delivery Terms
Delivery shall be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering. Any times quoted for delivery are approximate guidelines only. 

Where relevant, goods must be received and signed for at the delivery address by the customer, or by a person nominated by the customer who is over 18 years of age. 

Ownership and legal risk of the goods shall pass to you once the parcel has been physically delivered to your specified address (including any safe places or neighbours you have explicitly nominated to the courier). If you notice any delivery discrepancies, non-delivery, or packaging tampering, please contact us immediately at info@theespressoshop.com so we can investigate the shipment.
