Limited Edition of Eureka's Oro Mignon Single Dose PRO
Released to mark 1 million Mignon models sold, only 100 of these grinders have been produced, each with their number of the 100 engraved on the side.
The Single Dose Pro is a grinder driven by Eureka's relentless pursuit of excellence in grinding innovation and engineered for high precision, low retention single dosing, catering to the most demanding coffee professionals and enthusiasts.
Unmatched Low Retention Performance
Retention has been drastically reduced by up to 70% compared to conventional grinders thanks to a synergy of cutting edge technical solutions:
> New ZERO Retention Grinding Chamber, designed to eliminate residual coffee and ensure near to zero retention.
> Innovative 65 mm Blind Upper Burr, crafted without screw holes to avoid grounds accumulation.
> Integrated Blow Up System, which clears out residual grounds with a controlled air flush.
> 15° Inclined Body Design, optimising the natural flow of coffee grounds towards the chute and cup.
> Streamlined Workflow & User Experience
Eureka engineering efforts focus not only on performance but also on making workflow smooth and efficient:
> New Large Size Grind Dial with Integrated Revolution Counter enables ultra-precise, micrometric adjustments with enhanced tactile feedback.
> Anti Chaf Funnel, designed to reduce coffee waste and manage chaf efficiently.
> Silent Technology
> Durable, Unbreakable Bean Hopper with Anti-Popcorning System, ensuring a stable feed of beans and minimal noise.
