Variable Speed & Temperature Control
Featuring ICE Motion TECH, the brushless 400W AC motor allows real-time RPM adjustments between 750 and 1400. Lowering the RPM alters the particle size distribution for filter brewing, while higher speeds accelerate workflow during peak espresso service. The motor design prevents heat transfer to the beans during continuous use, protecting volatile coffee flavours and ensuring mechanical longevity.
Retention and Waste Reduction
To prevent stale coffee crossover between shots, the Zeus uses a redesigned anti-retention system. The combination of an external sloped grinding chamber, a vertical outlet chute, a metallic cleaning beater, and Eureka’s Blow Up bellows forces remaining particles out of the path. This mechanism limits grind retention to a minimal 0.12g–0.13g.
Micrometric Adjustment & Maintenance
The patented stepless micrometric regulation features an Easy Setting dial, allowing you to transition across the entire grind range—from coarse filter to fine espresso—in a single turn of the collar.
For routine cleaning, the entire external grinding chamber detaches with a single turn. This provides immediate access to the burrs without disturbing the physical alignment (parallelism) of the cutting edges or losing your dialled-in setting.
